From Narragansett, Rhode Island:

How common is it for a child with type 1 diabetes, celiac, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis also to get Addison's disease?

Polyendocrinopathy is well described. See Clinical review: Type 1 diabetes-associated autoimmunity: natural history, genetic associations, and screening.

Personally, I have seen only one or two cases in my 25 years of practice.
