My feet feel really hot. There are no marks or bumps of any kind on them. They ache quite a lot, but the burning is worse. Please tell me why this is and what I can do about it. They even wake me at night with burning.


What you describe may be a complication of your diabetes and there are treatments available that can help you. Please see your doctor right away for a referral to a specialist.
