From Sydney, Australia:

My first daughter got diabetes when she was three. She was allergic to cow's milk and start drinking soy milk when she was seven months old. My second daughter is seven months old, and was also found to be allergic to cow's milk. Is it true that drinking soy milk over a long time may causes diabetes?

Not to my knowledge. The only milk discussed as being involved in the etiology of type 1 diabetes is cows' milk and, the issue is still under investigation.
