I have Type 2 diabetes. Would you suggest a non-pork, very low sodium breakfast meat? I been eating turkey sausage for the last few years but I've grown tired of them. Thank you!
Your choice could be any protein such as turkey breast, a beef minute steak or a chicken finger (if you make them you don't have to fry them). Some people enjoy a small hamburger for breakfast. You might want to have a variety of meats available to keep you from getting bored with your selections.
