Developing a Diabetes Management Program in Your School

If your school has its own diabetes management program, this usually means that your school is responsive to the needs of students with diabetes. A diabetes management plan delineates the roles of school personnel and actually makes their jobs easier. Procedures that outline responsibilities alleviate anxiety personnel may have about helping students who have diabetes.
