Saturday was CWD Family Day at the Pool, and wouldn't you know it, the thunderstorms came to visit for the afternoon!

CWD Central by the pool was well-staffed, and lots of conference attendees stopped by to say hello and share feedback. It was so great to see everyone relaxed and enjoying the beautiful pools and Marriott World Center facilities!

Many thanks to the large crew of 'taker-downers' who helped take down the Sports Central equipment and registration, and move it all back into storage. The crew included: Adam Town, Peter Megaw, the Marquess family, the Kyllo family, Jo Stroud, the Schmidt family, Zak and Maryam Elarbi, Ellen Esterhay, Marissa Hitchcock, Chris Tull, Mike Schurig, and Neal Billetdeaux. Those were some long, hot and sticky hours on Saturday morning, and we really appreciate your help!

On Saturday evening, everyone gathered for a Dessert Reception to reconnect after a day of playing at the pools and parks. About 500 stopped by for goodies, coffee, and conversation, and it was a great ending to a relaxing and fun day!
